Welcome to the webpage of the CHRRA! This site is in its infancy, and simply holds basic information about the Residents' Association and some documents residents might find useful. In time it will evolve, and with luck and a following breeze will become an interactive forum. Any comments on the features it should hold gratefully received!

The Committee

The current committee members are:

General Meeting - Monday 18 April 2005

A general meeting of the association is being held so that the change in managing agents (see new agents' details below) can be discussed. If you as a leaseholder and/or residents want the block to be managed how you want, and to have your issues addressed by the agents, this meeting is a good way to go about it. You do not have to be a member of the association to attend.

Membership

Membership of the Association is open to all leaseholders and tenants of Custom House Reach. If you weren't at the AGM on 27 January 2004, and have not applied since, you are not a member. To put that right contact us now by e-mailing the chairman!
